How to: Resize a frame.
Solution:
Place the document in Page Layout view and select the frame. Drag a handle inward or outward and release the mouse button.
1) Select the 'View' menu and select 'Page Layout'.
2) Select the frame by clicking on it once. (Handles will appear on the outer edges.)

3) Click and hold the mouse button on one of the handles and drag outward or inward to resize the frame.
4) Release the mouse button when resizing is complete.
